I was impressed with the commitment made towards TNT in terms of spending time getting to know our culture and our supervisors and managers before the training, During training the participants provided very positive feedback not only about the experience but also the abilities and knowledge of Anne and Richard. During and following the training interventions we planned with Anne and Richard, I am pleased to say that the training made a difference to all the participants' performance, and for some there was a substantial improvement which has helped their careers.
